"Yearly Subscription Confusion :/"
So, this is a yearly subscription deal. I purchased it and hardly used it, and now I can't download anything at all. It really ought to be more obvious that it's only for one year, and after that, you gotta renew. If I had known, I would’ve just downloaded everything to a cloud drive or something. EDIT: I reached out to support, and they sorted out my account, so I can access it again, but of course, I’m missing out on the updates. Still think they need to make it clearer.

"Custom Illustrations Were a Must"
We were on the hunt for some custom illustrations for our new website and were really drawn to the style we found on roundicons.com. Ramy collaborated with us to tailor the illustration style and ended up creating more than 15 unique pieces. He was super fast and receptive to our feedback, which helped us get the ideal set of illustrations.

"Ramy is an absolute whiz"
Ramy is an absolute whiz. We presented him with a concept of what we were after, along with some guidelines for our visuals, and he came through like a champ. We even had to switch up the style big time, right when he was already halfway through, but he was such a trooper and made the changes anyway, adding in a bunch of extra details too. The speed of delivery was spot on as well. Hats off to Ramy and the whole team at Roundicons!
